A Great Fundraiser Gets Better
This year's Big Soo book fundraiser is even better than last year's event. Each family participating in this optional fundraiser will be asked to sell 6 books, but this year selling more books benefits you.
Each family will earn a $50 credit for selling the first 6 books and $5 for each book sold after 6. If you sell 10 or more books, you will receive a free book.
The books should be available in the Dakota Gold office during the week of August 20. But CALL BEFORE YOU COME TO THE OFFICE, we are not sure of the exact delivery date.

Scrip Program

A Reminder for those New to DGSC
The DGSC Scrip program allows you to buy gift certificates at face value and earn $$ back by using the certificates instead of cash.
For every certificate that is purchased for a participating business through DGSC, that business will pay back a percentage of the face value to DGSC, and we then pass this $$ amount back to you!!! This allows you to earn $$ on the everyday items that you purchase. Groceries, gas, fast food, clothing, etc., - it's a great way to earn $$ by spending $$.

| A Big Thanks to These Special Contributors... |
|
Century Business Products
Thanks to fine folks at CBP for the donation of the new DGSC office copier.
Bracco's Thanks to Dave Thompson and Bracco's for the fine meals and relaxing atmosphere that was donated to our out-of-town soccer clinicians during the Premier Academy.
Scott Henry and family Scott Henry and family (Karl Henry, U11 Boys) donated another playset to DGSC for the Training Grounds.
This 'experienced' playset was stained and cleaned by Teri Henderson and others, and looks great!
Steve Larson 'Retired' Coach Steve Larson continues to donate his time to DGSC by mowing the Training Grounds on a weekly basis. This critical task is one of the most time-consuming and essential tasks at the Training Grounds! Currently, the Training Grounds need to be mowed at least twice per week to keep them close to playing-height. Wow, what a contribution!
Thanks to all who make DGSC a great place for kids.
