We apologize that this spirit wear order is so late. We have had a very difficult time finding a vendor that can offer both adult and youth sizes. Due to very limited sizes in youth and adult we are not able to offer Adidas gear at this time but will be able to make it available in March or April '08, hopefully. This is not an electronic order form so please print it out and manually fill it out. When ordering multiple quantities you may find it necessary to fill out more than 1 order form. We apologize for the inconvenience; however, we tried to make the form as simple as possible!
